They have a really rich coffee in test perfectly brewed and special to do drinks especially really outstanding I really love their white chocolate cookies chiller I would recommend everyone to have that.

I tried the coffee chiller today...their product is good but the customer service needs work...when I walked up to the counter to order, the girl at the register backed up and started texting on her cell phone before I opened my mouth...a few minutes later another girl assisted me. Great product but employees need training in customer service. Also, there wasn't a line & they weren't busy with orders.

Gloria Jeans is located within the Waterbury mall. If you enter through the main movie theatre entrance between iHop and Olive Garden you go down the escalators and it is directly in front of you. They have hard working employees and a great variety of drinks, but that being said they need to have more than one or even two employees working at one time. It gets very busy at random points and people who are on lunch breaks or stopping in for a quick coffee can't afford to wait twenty minutes for a drink. It's not an employee problem, they are always working efficiently and as quickly as any one employee can. Also a little too pricey for drinks, but they are good quality.
They have hot coffees in different flavors, teas, iced coffees, frozen coffees, smoothies.
Would recommended the Oreo Cookie Chiller

Love going here whenever I am in the area. I told the guy working there that i was vegan, and he was one as well. He was very knowledgeable towards what items had no dairy or egg in it.
